Bihar Caste Survey: More Than 63% of State’s Population Belong to OBCs and EBCs
According to a recent Bihar caste study, more than 63% of the state’s population is classified as OBCs or EBCs. This is important since it indicates the majority of people in Bihar belong to one of these groups.
So, what effect does this impact on the state?
